Raspberry fruits have exceptionally high nutritional, taste and dietary properties. They contain sugars (4.5-11.5%), malic, citric, salicylic acids (1-2%), vitamins C (9-44%), A and B, essential oils.

Strawberry

200 g fresh strawberries contain 60 calories, 4.6 g fiber, 0 g fat, 1.2 g protein, 14 g carbohydrates, 28 mg calcium, 0.8 mg iron, 20 mg magnesium, 38 mg phosphorus, 54 mg potassium, 1.4 mg selenium, 113.4 mg of vitamin C, 35.4 mg of folic acid, 54 mg of vitamin A.

Blueberry

Blueberries considered a dietary product. Its berries consist of 88% water, 7.9% sugar, 1.1% protein, 1.4% organic acids, 1.2% fiber and 0.3% tannins and pectins. Blueberry is a low-allergenic berry, so it can be eaten even by young children.

Blackberry

Blackberries have anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, soothing, blood-purifying and tonic properties. Most often medicines from this plant are used for disorders of the nervous system (neuroses, hysteria), sclerosis, anemia, colds, as well as to increase sexual desire.

Black currant

The berries contain sugars (6-11%), citric, malic, succinic acids (1.5-3.6%), pectic, nitrous, tannic and colorants. According to the content of vitamin C black currant occupies one of the leading places (about 400 mg%).

Red and white curants

Red and white currants have some special qualities other than black currant. Red currant berries contain 26-83 mg of vitamin C, white – 34/66 mg per 100 g of raw material. The total amount of sugars in different varieties ranges from 5.3 to 10.9%, the acidity is 1.9-4.2%.
